ABOUT EILEAN

I'm somone who loves food. I love discovering new cuisines, new flavors and quality ingredients. I also value health and feeling good. It is this juncture of food and health that these two loves combine for me in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching.

Why food? Food can be a powerful yet simple tool for improving health and nutrition. What we consume can have a lasting positive or negative impact on our overall well-being. Food can also be fun. Food is about discovery. Food is about enjoying a good meal with family and friends. Helping others to appreciate food in the same way and providing them with the tools to optimize it for health is why I do what I do.

Trained at the Institute of Health Sciences (IHS) with a Diploma in Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching, I focus on prevention, good habits and general well-being. My approach emphasizes quality and diversity of food while also paying attention to individual circumstances and dietary preferences.


​Each program is personalized to help you succeed in achieving your nutrition & lifestyle goals. After performing a thorough analysis, I work with you to create a plan that prioritizes your health goals. We can follow-up with dedicated one-on-one coaching to help you implement healthy habits and increase likelihood of long-lasting successful outcomes.
